New to our list, we really enjoy this Riesling. Nice crispness with a hint of

Les Charmes Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2016, Burgundy, France

A rich, full bodied, dry white wine featuring fresh, crisp, slightly spicy flavors and floral,
fruity aromas with lemony nuances. A very good balance between acidity and sweetness. 
Best with white meats, seafood & pasta.

Louis Latour Pouilly Fuisse 2017, Burgundy, France

Louis Latour is one of the most famous producers in Burgundy.
This wine is 100% Chardonnay, aged in stainless steel, with complete
malolactic fermentation. It has wonderful floral aromas and round flavors of whole fruits
with a lovely mineral finish. Best with fish, shellfish, white meats or as an aperitif.

Sbragia Home Ranch Chardonnay 2017, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma, CA

Made from 100% Chardonnay and aged in new and used French oak barrels, this single-vineyard wine
is from the southern end of the Dry Creek Valley. This vintage has aromas of ripe apples and stone fruit, a touch of citrus
and a kiss of sweet oak and vanilla.
Excellent with seafood and poultry.

Nicholson Ranch Chardonnay 2012, Sonoma, CA

One of our favorites is back.  A well-aged chardonnay that has allowed it to develop
a rich full bodied butter and oak flavor. Great with shellfish, seafood and butter sauces.

Louis Latour Valmoissine Pinot Noir 2016, France

A velvety texture with ripe cherry and strawberry fruits laced with
vanilla and a rounded finish. Loves braised dishes.

Louis Jadot, Bourgogne, 2016, Burgundy, France

From one of France’s finest shipper’s this is a classic example of France’s Pinot Noir.
Full of rich berry tones and soft finish this is a food friendly wine, salads, poultry,
veal, shellfish stew, some seafood.

Their estate wine from the Bacchus collection is a really special Pinot from the Carneros Valley. 
Big full bodied  pinot with rich ripe fruit, great with seafood, salads, meats and poultry.

Aromas of blackberry laced with vanilla, baking spice, and root beer & flavors of boysenberry,

“The King of red wines” this Nebbiolo grape has delicate scents of ripe berry, spice and a floral note.
Pairs well with meats, braised dishes, and some seafood. A wonderful wine.

Owen Roe Abbot’s Table Red wine 2017, Columbia, Washington

A very neat field blend featuring Sangiovese (47%), Zinfandel (22%), Blaufrankish (19%) and Malbec (12%),
this Italian-style wine has a nice mix of fruit and spice with a wonderful velvety texture. Very food friendly.

Boschendal Shiraz & Mourvèdre Blend 2015, South Africa

A small boutique and completely sustainable winery this red blend enjoys some seafood, meats, braised dishes and stews.

Forlouis Montagne Saint-Emilion 2015, Bordeaux, France

A really fine food friendly wine from one of France’s great wine regions, with mostly Merlot and some
Cabernet Franc, this will pair well with all meats and many seafood dishes.

Ridge Three Valleys Blend 2016, Sonoma County, California

Predominantly Zinfandel (65%), this fabulous wine with its bright fruit, spice and firm tannins
enjoys spice & smoke and all meats and braises.

This wine, aged in oak, features a blend of primarily Merlot and Cabernet with
aromas of boysenberry jam, brambles with lush red and black fruit flavors with
well-proportioned tannins and a long finish. Excellent with meats and braised dishes.

A big full body wine featuring mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Syrah to bring out really big fruit, truly a wine
to be enjoyed. Meats and rich braised dishes are best with this wine.

Cedar and Salmon Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Horse Heaven Hills, WA

This dark ruby Cabernet has aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and rich flavors of
black cherry, currant and dark chocolate. It is aged in oak and blended with a touch of Syrah,
Merlot and Petite Verdot to add spice, complexity and round out the flavor. 
Excellent with beef, Bolognese, and lamb.

Navigator  Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, Napa Valley, CA

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels,
Navigator is sourced from multiple vineyards across California. This fruit-forward Cab is a complex yet easy drinking with
flavors of dark red fruit, notes of baking spice and coco and a lengthy finish.

From one of Napa’s great wineries, we let this one sit in our cellar for a few extra years to allow the wine
