Chef’s Mai Tai 11
Barbancourt Haitian Rhum, orange, pineapple, blood orange and lime juices with a float of Malibu Rum.
Served on the rocks

Blackberry Mojito 11
Bacardi Cuban White Rum, muddled mint and blackberries with simple syrup and a splash of seltzer.
Served on the rocks in a collins glass

Maple Manhattan 11
Sapling Maple Bourbon, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, house-made Allspice Dram and a splash of lemon juice.
Served up in a chilled martini glass

Harvest Moon 11
Sauza Blue Tequila, blood orange juice, cinnamon simple syrup and lime juice.

Barr Hill Gin, Lyme honey simple syrup, lemon juice with a splash of lavender infused gin and topped with seltzer.

Remy Martin VSOP Cognac, lemon juice and simple syrup topped with prosecco.

Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, local apple cider and lime juice topped with Champlain Orchard Hard Cider.

Highwest Rendezvous Rye Whiskey, Drambuie, and Leroux Apricot Brandy with a dash of Peychaud’s Bitters.
Served on the rocks with a twist of orange

Elder Sour 12
Tanqueray Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, lime juice and egg whites.

Coffee Lover’s Dream 13
Espresso-infused Vodka, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Amaretto di Saronno, Kahlua Coffee Liqueur and cream.
