At Ariana’s we are all about the food and the guest experience.

We work with great quality ingredients and introduce new or different proteins all the time for our guests to enjoy. We make everything from scratch, and we care very much about pleasing our guests.

In order to do this well, we have gone back to a smaller space to ensure a complete quality experience.

For most of our seating during the fall and winter months, we will use the back dining room. Our tasting room will also be available to groups of 8 to 12 looking for a special private dining experience. If interested in the Tasting Room, please call us at 603-353-4405 to discuss availability and menu options.

Our front dining room will be used occasionally as needed when staffing permits.
To enhance your experience, we also need help from you, our guest. Reservations are necessary on most nights. Over 85% of all reservation requests are for 6.30 to 7pm. As we have limited seating, please understand that other times may be offered to you. By spacing the reservations out, we can ensure a great dining experience for all. Unfortunately, when many tables come in at once, or order at once, we are challenged to provide this experience, so we ask that you understand, and work with us.

For guests of The Lyme Inn, we strongly urge you to call us directly (603-353-4405), at the time of booking your room reservation, to make your dinner reservations. It is important that we accommodate guests of the Inn whenever possible however, last-minute requests for a table may be declined, based on availability. This is not something we like to do, so if you plan to dine with us, please contact us when you book your room.

If you are looking to dine on the ‘spur of the moment’, we do have ten seats plus two coffee table-style areas for walk ins. These are available on first come basis, and we do not reserve them in advance.

My staff and I really enjoy taking care of all of you; that is why we are who we are, and do what we do.

Thank you all very much and be well, Chef Martin
