Mariner’s Gold $15
Brokman’s Gin, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, lime juice and simple syrup,
topped with seltzer and served up in a champagne flute
with an orange and lime garnish.
Royal Mezcalita $14
Los Amantes Mezcal, Cedilla Acai liquor, lime juice and simple syrup.
Served on the rocks with a whisky smoked sugar rim.
Amber Martini $13
Maple Sapling Bourbon, Simply Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters,
shaken with slices of ginger.
Served up in a chilled martini glass with a lemon twist.
Beach Buoy $13
Bacardi Rum shaken with cranberry juice, mango puree and an orange-basil simple syrup.
Served up in a coupe and garnished with an orange peel.
The Dockside Deal $14
Ron Zacapa 23 Year Aged Rum, St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice and boiled cider.
Served on the rocks with a cinnamon stick.
The Mule Pick $12
Absolut Citron, iced tea and lemon juice,
served in a collins glass with ginger beer
and garnished with a sprig of mint.
Rosemary’s Baby $15
Whistle Pig 10 Year Rye Whiskey, local maple syrup and lemon juice.
Served on the rocks with a sprig of smoked rosemary.
Maggie’s Ryehattan $14
High West Double Rye Bourbon Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro Italian Liqueur, and old-fashioned bitters.
Shaken with an orange slice and served up with a luxardo cherry.
The Cinnful Orchard $13
Smuggler’s Notch Vodka, house-made cinnamon simple syrup, allspice mix, cranberry juice and local apple cider,
topped with ginger ale. Served up in a martini glass and garnished with cranberries.
Hampshire Hospitality $12
Beat 3 Single Malt Whiskey, house-made chai simple syrup, whiskey-smoked sugar
muddled with oranges and luxuardo cherries.
Strained and served over ice with a twist of orange.
1908 Empress Gin served up in a coupe with a side mixture of lemon juice and Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water.
