Whether the perfect start to the evening, as a compliment to your meal or accompanying your dessert, we invite you to sample the latest creations from our mixology team of Ashley and Ryan.
These samplings will change with the seasons and the whims of their creators. Salut!

It’s High Thyme    $15
Barr Hill Gin, lemon juice and house-made thyme simple syrup,
muddled with plums and topped with Prosecco.
Served up in a champagne flute
with a sliced plum garnish.

The Zeppelin    $13
1800 Silver Tequila, Drambuie, house-made Limoncello, and lemon juice,
topped with seltzer.
Served on the rocks with a sea salt and pepper rim.

Amber Martini    $13 
Maple Sapling Bourbon, Simply Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters,
shaken with slices of ginger.
Served up in a chilled martini glass with a lemon twist.

The Doctor’s Orders    $12 
Red wine Sangria made with Carnivor Cabernet and Pinot Noir,
apples, pears, oranges and spices.
Served over ice with Bacardi White Rum and Cedilla Acai Liqueur
and garnished with a slice of pear and orange.

Dockside Fall Fashion    $14
Ron Zacapa 23 Year Aged Rum, St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice and boiled cider.
Served on the rocks with a cinnamon stick.

Northern Star    $13
Kracken Black Spiced Rum, Star Anise Liqueur, house-made ginger, coffee simple syrup,
espresso and cream.
Served up with grated nutmeg and cinnamon and garnished with star anise.

Rosemary’s Baby    $14 
Whistle Pig 10 Year Rye Whiskey, local maple syrup and lemon juice.
Served on the rocks with a sprig of smoked rosemary.

Maggie’s Manhattan    $14
Colonel E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro Italian Liqueur, and black walnut bitters
shaken with an orange slice and served up with a luxardo cherry.

The Cinnful Orchard    $13 
Smuggler’s Notch Vodka, house-made cinnamon simple syrup, allspice mix, cranberry juice,
and local apple cider topped with ginger ale.
Served up in a martini glass and garnished with cranberries.

Hampshire Hospitality    $12
Beat 3 Single Malt Whiskey, house-made chai simple syrup, whiskey-smoked sugar
muddled with oranges and luxardo cherries.
Strained and served over ice with a twist of orange.

Morpheus    $14 
Empress Gin 1908 served up in a coupe
with a side mixture of lemon juice and Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water.
